I don't know about you but I look at my job as a hairstylist as a ministry. I want to do the very best to give each client what they are wanting with their hair, but I also want to give them more. The love of Jesus! How do I do that? I pray (when I remember) for my clients before I start the day. I pray that I will be Jesus to them. I serve them. Going the extra mile. I am not perfect but little things like taking their purse and coat hanging it up, laying my hand on their shoulder and looking them in the eye, Listening to them really listening ect. I may not do this every time but I try my best to be conscious of their needs while they are in my chair. When your next customer comes into the salon I encourage you to serve them as Jesus would and when you touch them say a little prayer for them.
Inspirational Hairstylist blog is to encourage you as a hairstylist both professionally and personally to be all you can be and more! My goal is to encourage hairstylist to raise the bar of our serving the public so that by serving we are showing the love of Jesus. WE have the power within us to change our city, state, nation, world to love Jesus. We see our clients sometimes more than we see our friends.
Encourage one another daily... Hebrews 3:13
We all want to be loved and encouraged!

So awesome! Many times I have prayed for clients at the shampoo bowl. While their head is back and I am getting ready to shampoo their hair I say prayer for them. Could be sickness or family issues. Very inspiring to know so many others that do the same thing!
